James Ho is an historian lecturer.  He traveled on the Norwegian Cruse lines speaking to visitor about his own personal take to the early history of Hawaii.  Born and raised in Waialua Oahu Jim Ho's books enlightens the reader to a time when a young man lived and experienced Hawaii within its history and tragedies, true facts and appreciation.

An early literary history of Chinatown & honolulu harbor during the time of Kamehameha the Great. 1768-1900 shows Chinatown when it was a bustling harbor with gambling, liquor, music & sin.  Kamehameha made millions & millions of dollars in spanish gold.  By his side was his right hand man a Spaniard named Francisco Marine who is responsible for bringing the Hawaiian Islands into it's present age.
